To submit times you must register with this site. Club owners/judges will then be given a login access for the results submission.

When you login to the site you will have extra Club Admin menu that you will use to submit times.  Under this menu you can upload a csv file that contains times using the Upload Results option.  This file is a comma separated file in a specific format: name, laps, time, club, chassis, motor.  

The lap counting programs Flip Side Racing and Zround will generate this file, export a HFAY formatted file.  You can also create the file using a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel and Libre Office and export a CSV file.

If uploading a CSV file is not an option you can manually add racers and race results to the site as well, but using a CSV file is the recommended method as it is much simpler and less prone to errors such as typos.

Make sure that your club name in the file matches exactly the club name you create on the site exactly. Else please follow the following steps to upload the results manually.

1. Login in to gain club admin access

2. Click on site admin, club, racer.

​3. Click on ADD and manually enter each racers details.

4. Click on view queue follow by add new records, you are then able to select from the drop menu the racers's name and manually enter the results.
